Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account, or by contacting us directly at our store. You can initiate a return from your order history in your account.

Return Window

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., earrings and other pierced jewelry).
• Goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods.
