·Order Processing: Orders placed before 16:00 (local time) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next business day. Customized products require an additional 1-5 business days for production, as specified on the product details page.

·Shipping Time: We cooperate with international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The shipping time is 7-15 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, regional policies, or holidays, and the actual delivery time shall be subject to the logistics tracking information.

 

3.Shipping Costs

·Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country/region, product weight, and package volume, with the final amount automatically generated during the order process.

·Customs Clearance Assistance: We will provide standard commercial invoices and declaration information to assist you with customs clearance. We will cooperate in resolving delays caused by discrepancies between declaration information and the actual product; however, we are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect recipient information or failure to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner.

 

5.Logistics Tracking

·Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number and inquiry link to you via SMS/email. You may track the logistics status through the courier's official website or the "My Orders" page on this website.

·If the logistics information is not updated for more than 20 days, please contact customer service for assistance.

 

6.Receipt Notes

·The recipient must sign for the package with valid identification and cooperate with local customs inspection requirements.

·Please inspect the product's quantity and condition upon receipt. If the product is damaged or missing, please take photos immediately and contact customer service within 24 hours. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receipt will be deemed confirmation that the product was delivered intact.

·If you authorize a third party to receive the package on your behalf, please inform them to inspect the product; their signature will be regarded as your confirmation of receipt.

 

7.Special Circumstances

·We will notify you promptly of any shipping delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, international policy adjustments, or customs restrictions, and we shall not be liable for such delays.

·The recipient is responsible for any re-shipping costs incurred due to incorrect delivery address or unreachable phone number, resulting in delivery failure.
