• We provide online display, sale, and related after-sales services for jewelry, including consultations, returns, and exchanges.
• We may adjust our services as the business develops; major changes will be posted on this website.
• We do not ship to or accept orders from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, and reserve the right to cancel orders or close accounts that fall outside our shipping scope.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep it up to date. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information you provide.
• Keep your account details secure and do not share them. Contact us immediately if you notice unusual account activity.
• Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
• Ensure your delivery address complies with our shipping rules and the import laws of your destination.

3. Products and orders

• We aim for accurate product information, though slight differences between images and the actual item can occur due to lighting and screen display. The actual product prevails.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders within 1 business day; once confirmed, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins.
• If we cannot fulfil an order due to a system or inventory error, we will notify you and refund the full amount.

4. Quality and warranty

• Our products meet general international quality standards. Non-personalized items carry a 1-year warranty and made-to-order items a 6-month warranty against craftsmanship and material defects not caused by misuse.
• During the warranty period, contact us with proof of purchase and photos for a free repair or replacement of qualifying defects.
• Damage from misuse or outside the warranty period may be repaired for a fee, agreed in advance.

5. Intellectual property

• All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Sterling Arc Jewelry and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without permission.
• You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any content you submit for personalization.

6. Disclaimer

• We make no express or implied warranties about specific usage results beyond the quality warranty above.
• We are not liable for disruptions or losses caused by force majeure or third-party service failures, nor for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by international logistics or customs, but we will do our best to help resolve them.

• If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access. Obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.
